[Review] KOSE Seikisho Cleansing Oil

Hey everyone! I come back for beauty product review again! Today I'm going to review about [KOSE Cleansing Oil].

Before I introduce it, let me ask a question, every girls love make up right?

*LIKE ME*?

After make up, of cos I wont miss out to use my smart phones and selfie camera to snap down as much as photos I can. LOL. Yea, I started this habit super long time ago, guess around secondary school - Form 2? I kept selfie after dad bought me a canon camera that year!?

BUTTTTTTT

I became very lazy to make up, started last year. So you can see I rarely make up because of my laziness to remove my make up especially my eyes part.

*OMG again?!*

Everytime make up using cotton seriously I will lost few pieces of eyelashes after using cotton or cotton bud + make up remover. Sometimes redness of my EYES. Gosh sometime it's really a nightmare for me T.T

Well, actually I got this cleansing oil on previous KOSE workshop but I nvr know how to use that, hence I neglected it. *How terrible I am* LOL
Anyway, thanks to Joey for reminding me that this KOSE cleansing oil which is mainly help to remove make up just by gently massage and can be facial cleanser as well!

Seriously I really thanks GOD & human for creating such an awesome product for us to remove heavy make up especially! It's super convenient for us and NO LONGER scare to make up again!

Love you!! Actually quite a lot of brands also have cleansing oil, which you guys can search for it. As my mum actually bought one for me previously, but I nvr read the instruction as well, so end up I use it as make up remover only, not cleansing oil -.-

Here is it. I will use it in more effective way next time XD Thankiuuu mummy I love you!

**********************************************************************
Let's start to remove our make up!

a. Before application, ensure that hands and face are dry.

b. Dispense 2-4 pumps (depends on ur make up area) of cleansing oil onto your dry palm.

c. Spread all over your make up area with your finger tips, and massage using small circulation motion to dissolve dirt and make up.

Okay, I will massage around the eye areas [1] first then only proceed to the rest of [2].

d. Wet your hand and massage again, til the oil completely emulsified (turns milky).

e. Wipe off using cotton pad.

f. Next rinse off thoroughly with water. You can use facial cleanser to wash one more time to ensure your face is really clean and no more oil.

Tadaa! I'm totally free from make up now. It is super easy, and also make my life so much easier!

Even I use tissue to wipe off after washing my face using facial cleanser, I can see that no more make up dirt on the tissue as well as on my face! It prove that it really effective in REMOVING MAKE UP.

Also noted that my skin is super sensitive and oily face, and both of them never trigger my sensitiveness at all.

I seriously fall in love with this Perfect Cleansing Oil, created by amazing ppl!So really thanks to those who create this perfect make up remover!

Happy reading!

Find MYSELF back

Good news! I just graduated from MAHSA University, with BSC (Hons) Degree in Physiotherapy (4+0) last middle of May! I'm waiting that day for such a long time ago. Study at university isn't that good and relax as described during secondary school.

Lots of sweet, bitter, sad, happy and great memories I had been go through. A lot of thanks to my family, lecturers, coursemates and especially my best buddies Christy, Joey and Jojo, which help me a lot in coping my stress, studies, revision and exam!

4 of us finally graduated from this tough course! Me, Jojo, Christy and Joey! Hope our friendship will never end as we graduated.

Yeap, convocation will be on November 2014, still a long way to go.

During my study time, I was super exited because once I graduated I can work straight away and earn $$. I can stay together with my loved one, but all these things seem to be IMPOSSIBLE. After graduate, buddies and I did went to Bangkok for graduation trip. Till then, it is still a very memorable moment for me.

After that, I have to come back to Sarawak for holiday trip and also accompany my family. The story just begin. I start to worry my jobs, my family, my relationship and even my future.

AM I GROWING?

.
.
.

Yes, I think so. Stress come on and off.

I start to worry where is the best place for me to work, as my family want me to work in Sarawak. However Sarawak seriously have limitation in physiotherapy field. I cant expand.

I start to worry where can I work. I get 2 offers but I rejected all of them. Sound that I had lost my mind, there're too much of unexplained stress that I need to cope with.

I start to complaint to my loved one, Vinc regarding these problems. Yes, again we argue and cold war for quite awhile. And I almost lost HIM.

I start to lost a lot of good chances, everyone is helping me but I don't help myself. NO motivation, NO effort, NO EQ, NO determination etc etc.

AND

Now I lost my PASSION. wtf. I need to do SOMETHING. Before I lost myself.

****************************************************************
Yes, finally I found my way TO FIND BACK MYSELF. There's many ways you can try!

1. Healthy diet & exercise
I don't eat clean for the past few weeks. Maybe due to stress and unhappiness happen on and on again, and I ate a lot to calm myself down (NO WAY! This is worst way to release myself!) Hence my weight gain from 60 to 64 kg. wth. This is super unbelievable as such a long time I didn't gain so much of weight since my heaviest weight last 2 years was 68 kg wtf. Seriously I need healthy diet and exercise so much!

For the last 2 days, I start my clean diet and 40-60 minutes aerobic exercise per day! Again, thanks to HiShop Malaysia for sponsoring me TruDtox tea for me to make my target even closer! Wait for my  update post for TruDtox tea review!

Introduce another new mini circuit.

Refer to my MALTA workout post for more exercise!

With only exercise body can produce a HAPPY hormone - ENDORPHIN which gives feeling of euphoria (A feeling or state of intense excitement and happiness), modulation of appetite, the release of different sex hormones & increase our body's immune response! Of cos, it also will reduce the STRESS.

Other than that, with healthy diet, I'm sure you're one step closer to you target now! What I eat actually not much changes, I still eat vegetables, fruits and lean meat. Just for now I control each portion I eat and EAT IN TIME. With TruDtox tea's help, I guess I'm actually can achieve my target in very short time. Determination, pls don't failed me! XD

Quote of the day: I don't stop when I'm TIRED, I stop when I'm DONE.

2. Reading
Yeap, reading. Recently I use my RM250 book vouchers to buy some books that can move to a higher level. Seriously, I dont like reading, story books especially because it is boring and lots of word. BUT once you found the books that you really like, for me I prefer to read some self-enhancement books, then I'm finishing it very soon, as well as, read it for few more times.

One of my favorite book! Yes, most of the time I read Chinese books, and you can see my English level never can be improve one *oops* I love this book because it teach us to be more mature, find back our good personalities as well as telling us various story/experiences that  happen surrounding, and actually you can get moral values from it!

Benefits of reading can promote relaxation while at the same time stimulate your mind, which can make you feel better. It also play a role as teachers, mentors and even inspirations. What I feel is I can learn a better life just by reading a book, authors and writers can take you to places and imaginary worlds, as well as experience those experiences that you will never had before, or maybe forever. It also cannot be found in other form of entertainment or technology!
Refer to http://selfhelpfix.com/benefits-of-reading.php for more tips & information.

3. Prayer
Yes, prayer. Whenever we feel down we always seek security, comforter and listener from somewhere. BUT I will seek all of these from GOD. Whenever I feel down, I will read prayers, divine mercy and rosary to calm myself back.

Previously I stay away from GOD because I felt that He can't help me much. BUT actually I'm wrong. He the only one can help me, when there're no one else can help you. Finally with family support, I got myself back, and now I'm no longer alone no longer suffer from negative minded!

Quote of the day: Praise the Lord, if you don't understand what HE is doing!

This is because He actually finding the best way for you, by excluding those ways that might hurt you. So yeahhh, I'm glad because I got Him in my life! Thank you God, because of YOU I found myself back.

[Homemade Food] Sarawak Traditional Cantonese Dumpling - 广东粽子

Beside I blog about my lifestyle & beauty review, actually I like to cook and make variety of desserts as I love it so much. So today I'm going to share the procedure of how to do Cantonese Dumpling which is only sell in Sarawak Cantonese ppl. *guess so*

Because I nvr eat this kind of dumpling anywhere beside my hometown.
Ohya btw my grandparents' parents originate from China, so we talk China local Cantonese, which is a little bit different compared to Hong Kong type of Cantonese! AND, grandparents' thought us this type of Cantonese dumpling as it is thought by their ancestors.

Here's are the ingredients that you need to do Traditional Cantonese Dumpling!

All the ingredients are to make Traditional Cantonese Dumpling except this one.

This is the ingredient to put in Traditional Hakka Dumpling (Dad is Hakka Nang*) lol, so mum have to do Hakka Dumpling to satisfy his temptation. For Hakka Dumpling the steps even more easier after you had prepare this! Just add on raw peanut into glutinous rice, then add on this paste, and you're done! :D

Let's start for Cantonese Dumpling's journey!

1. You would like to fold your the bamboo leaf into half and make sure the leaf at the bottom part is folded (To prevent the glutinous rice fall out).

2. Then add in 1 tablespoon of glutinous rice (you can add on a little bit of salt and white wine to make it smell better 1-2 hours before you start).

3. Add in 1 tablespoon of yellow bean (you must mix together with a little bit of glutinous rice *2-3 tablespoons* to prevent it separate apart after it cooked, as my mum forgot to mix it and cause it easily break into half).

4. Add in a piece of herb. *optional*

5. Add in a piece of pork, sometimes I put pork sausage as it will make the dumpling smell better!

6. Add in another piece of herb to cover it.

7. Then cover with 1 tablespoon of yellow bean.

8. Last step, 1 tablespoon of glutinous rice to the end. Fold it back, can be in triangle or rectangular shape, as you like! Also, tide it with natural rope which made from banana tree!

Yeap, super easy right. Here's Im done!
Actually people nowadays like to do triangle one, as it is easier and save more bamboo leaves. But for Traditional Cantonese Dumpling right, they will make into rectangular shape, which we call it pillow dumpling informally.

After that, we use super traditional way - charcoal to cook it! For this traditional way, you will need 3-4 hours to be cooked. On the other hand, you can use pressure cooker to cook it as well, as it take 2 hours to be fully cooked (shorter time but it dont hv charcoal smell lor XD)

Tadaaa, this dumpling I got add in sausage one, as mum didnt mix much glutinous rice into the yellow beans, hence it separate into half so easily. *Don't repeat the same mistake btw*

Here's all what mum and I make for last Sunday!

Thanks for reading!
Any question just leave your comment down, or email to me! Have a nice dayyyyy ;)

A MUST to shop at Bangkok

Actually for this post, there's not much of picture to put in as we enjoy too much of shopping here! XD

First place of cos is CHATUCHAK, which is also World Largest Weekend Market!

Info:
Opening Hours : Saturday - Sunday from 08.00 hrs - 20.00 hrs.
How to Get There : SkyTrain to (N8) Mo Chit Station (Sukhumvit Line), Take exit 1 and walk straight 100m to Chatuchak Park on your right.

Before we go, let us take a selfie first XD

So... we're ready to go!

Waiting at BTS train station!

Yeap, finally we reach! Joey took this photo using her DSLR just behind Mo Chit train station!

Seeeee, I'm super exited. LOL, cant wait to grab cheap stuffs here!

BTW because we cant find any good place to enter, so we just follow the crowd and join them! ;)

So inside here we can see a lot of stuff selling around such as shoes, clothes, bags, purse, and almost everything you can get here!

Our first mission once we reached there is to find water! But we found this! COCONUT ICE CREAM!

AND REMEMBER TO PUT ON YOUR SUN BLOCK because THE SUN WILL HAVE NO MERCY ON YOU!

Yeap! I totally fall in love with this coconut ice cream, it is so much different from what I tried at Pasar Malam Malaysia. LOL

And Joey found the map of Chatuchak!

Actually it pronounced as Jatujak leh, but why ppl call them Chatuchak? LOL, however we didn't manage to follow the map as it is too big!!

After we're ready to hunt! LOL btw we only manage to take few photos, maybe we're too crazy about shopping so yeahhh our cameras left behind jor XP

Then we just start to take random pictures!

There's variety of pets here, boyfiee gonna love it a lot if he is here!

Then after jalan-jalan, time for lunch. First we pass by a shop that is so crowded and limited places for 3 of us to sit down as well, so we decided to give up and maybe come back later just try it out. But after awhile we found another boat noodle shop! So yea~ we tried out boat noodle at Chatuchak! Guess it is a famous food as Malaysian also crazy about it!

There's 2 type of soup, pork and beef! And there's also variety types of noodles, as usual, we would like to try out thai noodle, which taste between dong fen and bi hun. Yeap, I like it damn much, for pork or beef!

BTW Thailand version punya boat noodle kinda big in size, so 3 of us only can finish 6 bowls of boat noodles, LOL. *Thailand spices not kidding anyway! It is super spicy!* Watch out how much you gonna put in your noodle!

Ohya, here we also ordered 'Oh Liang' which means local coffee in Thai! Quite addicted as well, but one thing I love about it is it won't trigger my gastric. Yeah, kinda like it!

This is how's the shop look like! Photo credit to Joey XD

What to do next?
.
.
.

Actually we can't really feel our legs because we kept walking walking and walking, seriously never been so tired before. So, we won't miss the chance to go MASSAGE! I love to massage although a bit tingling. BTW it only cost me 200 bath, which is around RM20 only, for 45 mins massage, but they will massage till 1 hour smth. Like it! XD

BTW they mentioned all the Thai ppl learn massage from a college geh, so it is quite standardized, no matter go where around Bangkok, they might serve you the same massage technique. Remember my last time massage was at Phuket, compared to Bangkok one, Bangkok one is more skillful LOL.

After massage, what to do next? Continue shopping!

See, aunty so kan cheong to shop. LOL

Basically, this is how Chatuchak look like. Yeap, you can search around to look so much of different cloth! Just one thing I don't like it they don't hv sign board, I really have no idea where am I now, Chatuchak is so huge that almost get lost in it LOL. So remember to stick together with your friends or family if you're not travel with tour guard!

************************************************
Next, Platinum Mall. World Largest Wholesale Shopping Mall.

We going to Platinum mall when we move to Siam Square at the City Center. Yeap, and we called tuk-tuk. Which is the famous public transport in Thailand. You can almost get it anywhere, and we just get this tuk-tuk in front of Lub d Siam Square Hostel. Just tell where you want to go then you're done! Some of them understand and speak simple English, so yeahhh don't worry if you travel at Bangkok!

3 of us again!

Taddaaa~ Can't remember how much we pay but it is between 100-150 bath.

Tuk-tuk in Thailand. Photo credit to Joey XP

And finally we reach!

Yeap, super exited until only Joey took few pictures only. LOL

Basically how it look inside. Clothes everywhere XD

There's total of 8 levels plus ground floor. So yeah, B to level 5, is all about clothes. You gonna crazy if you love shopping because each shop sell different stuffs!
Never compare stuff here, because once you miss it you will never get back to the same shop! The price they offer is super cheap and it is wholesale price, so yeahhh! Enjoy your shopping! XP

Seriously not much picture we took, as last pic we took was the food from level 6.

Pork rice, tomyam and smth like sour mango mix with raw crab.
After makan we continue to walk around the area, buttttttttt.. too bad we spend too much at Chatuchak so we got limited budget at Platinum Mall. Anyway, next time I will save more for Platinum Mall because it is cheaper and more variety compared to Chatuchak! Even H&M, Zara stocks also got, and it is almost 50% cheaper than the retail shop.

What I bought in both shopping heaven XD

This is my favorite outfit! Top cost me 100 bath, short pant 250 bath and my sling bag 150 bath, total up 500 bath! Equal to RM50 lidat? Yeap, super cheap right? Going to go again, but this time I'm going to go with my beloved Vinc :D
All the best for you guys! Have fun!
