[Review] Love Nail + Nail File from Japan

But HOW? Now I'm going to show u all step by step. This is my very first time on reviewing NAIL products! Any mistake I made pls don't hesitate to correct me XD

Direction:
Step 1 - Select the nail size strip that best fits your nail (Remember: The nail strip 1mm smaller than your nail is easier to apply).

Step 2 - Remove the protection films and apply onto the nail, and gently stretch to fit. (Remember: you can use the wood stick included to push back your cuticles so that they're even, This allow them fit nicely onto your nail!).

Step 3 - File off the excessive nail strip in a downward motion with double head pink nail sharpener given.

Step 4 - You're done! Now you got yourself a saloon quality manicure! (Remember: Avoid using nails within 15-20 minutes after nail strip to prevent they peel off more easily).

How to REMOVE:
- LOVE NAIL is made of nail polish, so you can just use regular nail polish remover to remove them!


Preservation:
- After opening the unused stickers, keep them in ZIPPER BAG to prevent them drying off. Do store them in a cool, well ventilated place and avoid direct sunlight.


Cautions:
- Advice to use within 2 weeks after opening.
- This nail product is for nail application only, stay away from CHILDREN eating and away from HEAT & FIRE.

[Review] Lanolin-Ägg-Tvål - Eggwhite Facial Care

It's been quite a long time I didn't update any on Facial Care! Again, thanks to HiShop for always know girl's need - the MASK to let us stay young and own a flawless skin!

[Review] Bunny Color Brown from Klenspop Korea

It's been quite a long time I disappear as I'm so busy with my current life, do check out what happened in my Facebook! So, today I'm going to review CONTACT LENS from Klenspop, Korea! Seriously I miss contact lens a lot, as it is every girls' favorite, because it can make us look prettier, charming and guys nowadays also kinda addict with it!

Specially thanks to Klenspop sending contact lenses all the way from South Korea to my doorstep! I can't wait to try it out as it is really attractive and highly recommended by oversea bloggers!

So, today I'm going to introducing you all everyone favorite contact lens - Bunny Color Brown. The colour shows a bit light brownie, suitable for daily outing, outdoor shooting and for those who love cosplay (because you can get big eyes XD)

Before that, because these lens come with bottle pack, so now I'm gonna guide you all how to peel off the cap easily! I was having this problem long long time ago, and a bit phobia to get bottle pack one because the head cannot be peel off previously, and it is very sharp!

Okay, first you need to find the arrow facing up in the bottle as shown below.

Then, just put ur thumb on the arrow and push upward. Tadaa and you get this!

So lastly without peeling finish the steel, just peel it side way to my right, and the cap will removed together with the steel! Easy and you won't hurt ur hand anymore! ;)

Then you can use the picky stick given by Klenspop or using your clean hand (make sure everything is hygiene) to take out the lens and put onto your eyes! Let you all check out this pretty bunny colour brown from Klenspop!

My eyes look more charming and beautiful now.

What's Happening on May 2015

Okay, this month, seriously is a very very busy and hectic month (As you can see from my blog post.. Until now I only have 2 updates, kantoi T^T) Clients, I'm so sorry for my delayed post!

Last month - April, bf's mother called us and told us their favorite pet - VIKI passed away, with difficulty of breathing, fever and weakness. We have no idea what happened to VIKI. Bf's mother cried for almost 2 weeks.

Lost of someone loved is so hurt and painful, as I lost one of my favorite pet few years back, no matter dogs passed away my tears just dropped automatically T____T

So bf's mother was us to find for mini pinscher breed but we couldn't find THE SAME FACE with Viki. His mother was so disappointed and caught in depression.

Since bf is so busy with his work, so i decided to find mini pinscher my own. I search for almost 2 hours in Google and thanks God Google didn't disappoint me. I manage to find a mini pinscher for bf's mother!

Yeap, bf decided to take this fellow back home, but on the day itself, we saw his brother, Lucky. He is super cute and adorable with his eyes! The first day I already try to persuade my bf to bring Lucky back home but he said need to ask his mother first.

So yeah after his mother saw Lucky's picture, she the one asking CAN BRING LUCKY BACK ALSO? Wow, his mother is same track with me wey XD

Lucky is home for after 1 week! OMG OMG I love him so much as he always stick to me, let me hug and not so hyperactive. Meanwhile, Jocky is hyperactive and loves to bite things or people, and he love to JUMP!

After take care them for 2 weeks, finally is time to send them back to bf's hometown, Kuala Terengganu. Bf drive them back, with lots of care, love and patience. It takes 6 hours to reach btw D:

Just take care them for 2 weeks and I miss them so much during the day I travel back to Kuala Lumpur (KL). Seriously love them so much T_____T

Ohya another thing I want to tell you all is, bf''s mother finally smile and happy back after Jocky and Lucky is home! Rest in peace, Viki. We all will miss you always!

But after came back to KL, I thought I will got time for my blog post, but next next few days we found few stray puppies under the water filter machine, beside the road side. Feel so heartache because they said SAY NO TO DOG BREEDERS. And yet I bought 2 mini pinscher with 4 digits. So I decided to take care of them by giving them food and water together with my colleagues.

Kinda sad because total of 9 puppies, only 3 puppies survived. God pls let them find a new owner and a new home. God bless them pls.

Other than need to repeat these daily routine with puppies, I fall sick on last week. Seriously so ill from sore throat, flu, headache, fever and lastly cough. Bf on outstation that weekend as well. Luckily my lovely Sharynn colleague she brought me to pharmacy and get my medicine!

After 1 week on medication I felt so so much better, even though i still having a bit flu and cough. Sick really makes people frustrated and sometimes depression. Lastly, Im gonna review all these by MAY! & May God bless me XD

TIPS: How Healthy is Your Oatmeal?

Recently quite a lot of people discuss about HOW HEALTHY IS YOUR OATMEAL. Yes, before this I never concern about how healthy is my oatmeal, as long it is really nice to eat honestly. It might actually contain high calories!

Before that, Im going to explain a bit what is OAT. Oats are gone through varying levels of mechanical processing. They're well-known healthy food, as everyone believe that it can reduce cholesterol effectively, consumed by most of the people around the world.


TYPES of OATS (Source from: HERE)
Oat groats: It is whole grainy as you can get where oats are concerned. Unadulterated. Only the inedible hull has been removed. Cooks in 50-60 minutes.

Steel cut oats: It is also called Irish oats or pinhead oats, these are just groats that have been cut into smaller pieces to speed cooking. Cook in 10-20 minutes.

Scottish oatmeal: Another version of groats that have been broken into bits, only these are stone ground instead of being cut. Cooks in 10 minutes.

Oat bran: It is a high-fiber part of the oat that’s been removed and can be eaten separately. Oat bran can be prepared as its own hot cereal or simply sprinkled on your favorite bowl of breakfast to boost the nutrient content of every bite. Cooks in 2 minutes.

Old fashioned oats: Known as groats that are steamed and then pressed flat. Increasing the surface area this way and partially cooking them helps you get breakfast to your mouth faster. Cooks in 5 minutes.

*Below are the most common type of oat that's everyone eating

Quick oats: It is old-fashioned oats, except rolled thinner and steamed longer. Cook in 1 minute.

Instant oatmeal: It is like quick oats, except rolled even thinner and steamed even longer. Cooks in 1 minute. It is always come in 3 in 1, added with milk, sugar or flavored items to increase the yumminess of your oat meal/drinks, which give you lots of calories!

So yeah, normally I will choose Quick Oats, for instant cooking one (rolled oat)[the rest of the oats are hardly find in market, and less demand as well], because of their Glycemic Index (GI). GI ranks the effect of a carbohydrate-containing food on your glucose level on a scale of 1-100. The higher the GI, the more quickly a food absorb into and increase your blood sugar accordingly. (Check out whole wheat bread, some of them written with GI value as well!)

So according to LivingStone, it stated that a 250g serving of oatmeal, has GI of 58, and a bowl of instant oatmeal has a GI of 83. So it is better to prepare your on fresh oatmeal by using Quick Oats, by adding some healthy food like fresh fruits, nuts, greek yogurts, chia seeds! 

Though calories might slightly higher, some people even say oatmeal can gives up to 400++ calories, which is equally same as one plate of NASI LEMAK. Yes it is true but your oatmeal 400++ calories is full of nutrients, but NASI LEMAK is fulled of santan, oil and not very healthy ingredients, and if you consume this oatmeal in the morning, it can make your days full of energy and it will definitely gives you a GOOD DAY!)

TIPS to prepare your Oatmeal (source from: HERE)

1. Using the right milk

You can you soymilk or milk to prepare your overnight oatmeal. But remember each type of milk gives different calories. Chart below tell you everything (sometimes I just use hot water to cook my oat, to reduce those my calories intake, and it is still yummy!)

2. Use suitable dressing

Everyone loves sweet dressing to make your oatmeal taste better, but some honey are actually added with sugar! Or some even use brown sugar, maple syrup, or molasses to give more sweetness. I would use unsweetened honey to give yummy and healthy dressing!

3. Add correct toppings

I would add on walnuts, almonds or peanuts according to my mood on the day itself. But since after I know these nuts will gives extra high calories, I had decrease the intake up to MAX. LOL. You can still enjoy it because it gives good fat and it can lower your bad cholesterol as well, but with CONTROL!

Dry fruits is always processed with sugar to let it last longer, which I am not recommended, except it is really dry food without any additional ingredients!

4. Put on fresh FRUITS!

Yes, fresh fruits are always the best choice because our body easily digest and gives the best nutrients to us! I can't say NO to fruits because I love all of them!

Remember to slide your fruits only when you want to eat, so that it can give you the best nutrients ever! Fruits, here I come! XD
